This "ole" Tub can be energy efficient again
In this section I will feature those customers I find out there that have come up with solutions to some
common problems we all have with the  Hot Tub Items like what to do with a cover when inside a gazebo,
How to re-tile a Spa what to do with a rotting cabinet .Although not offered by me the photo's might give you
some ideas and if you want I might be able to put you in touch with the people whose ideas  you see here.
Mikes Knotty pine cabinet
When faced with the removal of the spa or
reconstructing the exterior. Mike who does have
experience in wood working and a shop filled
with the tools necessary to do the job came up
with a Knotty Pine exterior. The original frame
was carefully removed an interior frame
constructed with 3/4" exterior plywood . Knotty
pine was then applied to the plywood frame with
striking results.
There were tile accents on the original tub and once
removed the underlying structural foam acted as a bed for
the thin set mortar and rather than go mosaic tile he cut
single large pieces to fit into the corners .
As  you can see a fine piece of work
the spa looks better his wife is happy
the spa is tighter and more energy
efficient  .

Way to go Mikey!
