With the need for hot water going beyond just a relaxing soak I try to keep appointments no farther out than 3 days out  
recognizing that some of you require hot water therapy .Most times I'm booking 3 to 4 days out . Given the specificity of
your spa and the lack of identification and documentation of the unit. A trip out will sometimes be necessary just to
identify your spa. (
See section on using E-mail)Needless to say any information you can provide will be useful on that
first trip and help reduce the number of calls to a minimum  
Serial numbers or model numbers are not that useful in
that there is no cross reference for those numbers. (
there are exceptions however)
The most relevant information is the age of the unit ,the voltage its running on and the manufacture. With that and the
symptom your calling with a lot of very relevant information can be looked at with your first phone call or e-mail.
Please make arrangements with any animals that you might have on the day of the repair or inspection and please

have the tub filled with water to the operational level
(unless otherwise directed) and have the equipment  installed
and hooked up to a power source .
It is required that with new customers that  an adult responsible for the spa be present at the time of the repair. With
returning customers this can be waived once the specifics of your spa are known .

In Order to completely satisfy all party's involved in the warranty coverage of your spa We will need the following:

Copy of Original Invoice
Date of Purchase                      Dealer Invoice Date
Spa Model                                   Spa Serial #
Equipment Serial and Catalogue Number
Heater Bar code number (on heater repairs)
Warranty parts repairs will require two trips normally given the protocol set forth by the manufacturer this is unfortunate but unavoidable  we hope

It's important to keep in mind, that there
is a point where the cost of the repair
exceeds the value of having the spa. Fixing
something that continues to fail is an
approaching the end of it's useful life.

These are difficult decisions to make and
when asked, I try to level with the customer
and explain their options. Sometimes an
overhaul would be better than a band-aid in
terms of reliability.

And sometimes the spa just needs to go!
