| Commercial Limitations: This warranty does not cover commercial installations where the unit has been altered or modified in any way nor does it cover a Commercial installation and does not accept profit or loss from said use in commercial installations nor does the shell warranty apply in any instance where the spa is used in a commercial installation |

| The Warranty will be excluded if the spa has been subjected to alterations,misuse,abuse or if any repair was made by anyone other than the authorized Vortex Service agent Damage to the spa from operating the spa at temperatures below 32F and above 120F for any length of time Surface damage or discoloration to the spa from using Trichlor; tablets or sticks,Calcium Hypo chlorate,,Sodium Hypo chlorate and any other chemical that can dissolve the shell or cabinet Caustic Cleaning agents such as "409" brand cleaners |
