Although rates may appear high the amount of time researching a repair on the internet has steadily gone up
oddly enough the time spent in front of the spa on some jobs , is now less than half the total time. It's
important to remember here that as a repair specialist we have to come up with a repair where none may be
offered due to obsolete control systems

Trip Charge $45.00
A trip charge is not considered a labor charge .It is an amount charged to pay the overhead of the service call
such as fuel , insurance , advertising , and office expenses A Trip charge may be waived at the technicians
descretion if the customer is a repeat customer in good standing .

There are so many spas beyond repair we have to charge for estimates.

service in those areas deemed too far or too difficult to service adequately (in those area outside of
Sacramento county and those areas below the town of Franklin inside Sacramento county) If you Are in Labor
Warranty you still need to pay the trip charge !
